U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Troy E. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to thank the service members for their commitment to ensuring dignity, honor and respect to fallen service members and their families. Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations provides global contingency mortuary response teams in support of Air Force and combatant command requirements, supporting both an Air Force and joint role.
