The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps spoke to the Sailors to share with them his perspective as the senior most enlisted Marine in the Marine Corps. The Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) is the Navy component command that provides administrative and operational control over Navy staff and students assigned to the Medical Education & Training Campus (METC) and other medical programs in the San Antonio area.
