The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, tours Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadron 204 (VMMT 204) at Marine Corps Air Station New River, Nc, Feb. 18, 2021. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to hear recommendations regarding force maturity and retention from the leadership responsible for the initial training of various enlisted aviation military occupational specialties. The VMMT 204 mission is to train the world's finest tiltrotor pilots, aircrew, and maintainers for the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
