The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, speaks to Marines during a breakfast at Camp Pendleton, Ca, Feb. 11, 2021. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to speak to Non-Commissioned Officers from a variety of military occupations representing the best of the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF). I MEF provides the Marine Corps a globally responsive, expeditionary, and fully scalable Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), capable of generating, deploying, and employing ready forces and formations for crisis response, forward presence, major combat operations, and campaigns.
