The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, greets Marines with Recruiting Station Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge, La, Feb. 3, 2021. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to speak with the recruiters there that are a crucial step in the recruit to retain continuum.
