The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black and the Marine Barracks Washington Sergeant Major, Sgt. Maj. Adrian Tagliere, pay tribute to Sgt. Benjamin Moffatt at the Arlington National Cemetery following the Marine Corps Birthday Wreath Laying Ceremony, Arlington Va., Nov. 10, 2020.
