The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, greets Marine Corps Instructors of Water Survival at The Basic School (TBS) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, V.A., Sept. 10, 2020. The purpose of the visit was to look at the Officer Candidate training facilities and speak to the instructors responsible for facilitating countless hours of initial and annual training.
