The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black addresses female Marines from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune on the anniversary of Opha May Johnson’s enlistment in the Marine Corps in 1918, Washington, D.C., Aug. 13, 2020. The purpose of the address was to reflect on the past and to open the floor for questions.
