The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Troy E. Black, tours the new Training and Education Command (TECOM) building at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va, June 15, 2020. The new building is scheduled to be ready next year to bring all of TECOM under one roof. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to receive updates on TECOM’s mission to execute the Commandant of the Marine Corps' Title 10 institutional responsibilities to train and educate the force in order to ensure Marines are prepared to meet the challenges of present and future operational environments.
