Announcer: “Welcome to today’s ceremony, commemorating the official grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Camp Fuji WARR center… Everyone ready? So one, two, three… The WARR program was developed to provide Marines with a training environment that mirrors the demands of combat. It also allows for modern strength and conditioning modalities modeled after professional and Division I athletic performance facilities.
